Motor Finance Consumer Redress Scheme (PS26/3)

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published its consumer redress scheme for motor finance customers.

For customers

The scheme will be managed by lenders, not brokers. If your lender is not Evolution Loans you can find the contact details for your lender here: Car finance list of lenders | FCA

If you are an Evolution Loans customer, we will be in touch with you if you are due any compensation, once the scheme is live.

If you’re not sure who your lender was, you’ll find their name on your finance agreement or credit documents. You may find some payment details on your old bank statements or by reviewing your credit profile.
