New business proposals can be electronically submitted 24/7 using our web dealer showroom system DealerZone.
All new proposals that are referred to manual underwriting outside the opening hours will be looked at by a remote underwriter as soon as possible. Our dealers often get fast decisions and approvals on manually underwritten business outside of our main hours – we just can’t guarantee this all the time. Payouts are operated and processed during our main opening hours.
