Making a Subject Access Request
Under GDPR, you have the right to make a request regarding your personal data that is held and processed by Evolution Funding Ltd and its associated brands and companies (My Car Credit & Evolution Loans).
In order to fulfill your request, we do require specific information from you.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt of a validated request. Validation involves checking your identity and that you have provided enough detail for us to locate the information you are seeking or to make the changes that you have requested.
You will need to provide us with the following information:
- Full name
- Other names by which you may have been known
- Date of birth
- Current address
- Postcode
- Contact number
- Former addresses
If you are the data subject (the person about whom we hold information) then please provide a copy of:
One item from the following:
- Copy of driving licence
- Copy of passport
- Birth certificate
and
One item from he following (must contain your name and current address):
- Council tax bill
- Bank statement
- Utility bill (dated within the last 3 months)
If you are an ex-employee, please provide your employee number and NI number instead.
If you are making a request on behalf of someone else then you must provide us with their signed, written authority as well as your name and contact details.
You must indicate what your relationship to the data subject is and send us your identification details (as outlined above). If you are the data subject’s solicitor then you can provide a copy of correspondence with your client on your company headed paper.
