Sam joined Evolution in September 2014, after gaining a degree in Business with Economics from Newcastle Business School. He has worked across a number of roles within Evolution, starting in sales support before moving over to underwriting, within which he held a management role for three years. He then moved to credit and process improvement which led to the creation of our Product and Process Improvement team.
Sam is responsible for this outcome-based team that works collaboratively across operations, customer engagement, business technology and our head office functions to deliver continuous improvements across our product, processes and performance.
Having completed an executive qualification in ‘Innovation: A Design Thinking Approach’ from Imperial College London, Sam is helping improve our approach to creating optimised products for our partners and customers.
