Oliver joined Evolution in September 2021, bringing over 18 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and business architecture gained across a range of organisations and industries including banking, retail and telecoms. These roles have seen him analyse, lead, or design solutions for business change and progression, including offshoring, new business or joint ventures, and large digital transformation programmes. Prior to Evolution, Oliver was a business architect at Capita Travel & Events and an internal consultant in operational efficiency for Capita Group.
Oliver specialises in capability-led transformation, process architecture, and Target Operating Model design. He holds multiple qualifications, including TOGAF, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, and the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis.
