Head of Customer Engagement
Kirsty joined Evolution in October 2019, bringing with her a wealth of experience in business and IT transformation, stakeholder engagement, performance management, and continuous improvement.
She has held multiple senior management roles, including Head of Internal Service Operations at O2 and, previous to this, Head of Infrastructure Management at Royal Mail Group.
Kirsty heads up internal operations for all customer engagement across our Brand Partnership and Evolution Extra divisions and is responsible for the improvement of customer engagement, both online and through our contact centre.
She holds a degree in Modern Languages and International Relations and is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant.
