Adam Small

Adam joined Evolution in June 2019, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial services, including 17 years in the credit industry at Capital One. He has held multiple senior leadership roles across Operations, including Underwriting, Complaints Management, Customer Service, Operations Analysis, and Collections and Recoveries.

After leading our front-line operations for nearly five years, Adam is responsible for our Consumer Operations and Lending functions. This is a group-level role leading the development of our strategy for the FCA commission disclosure work, overseeing our complaints teams, establishing a Quality Assurance Framework, and managing the Evolution Loans book. Adam drives continuous improvement using the insight gained from these areas and delivers on business improvement initiatives as they arise.
