The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Management Accountant to work closely with the Financial Controller and the Finance teams and play a key role in our management accounting operations.
Duties will include:
- Managing and improving financial performance.
- Play a key role in management accounting operations.
- Analysing financial data.
- Monitoring expenditure.
- Ensuring accuracy of financial information.
- Contribute to future planning of business activities through budgeting and forecasting.
Required skills and experience:
- Fully qualified (ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA).
- 1 – 2 years post qualified experience in Management Accounting at a Group level.
- Strong up to date knowledge of UKGAAP/IFRS.
- Good working knowledge of accounting systems including ability to interrogate and extract data.
- Strong ability to implement and monitor internal controls.
- Experience of compiling balance sheet reconciliations to audit standard.
- Strong understanding of financial year end process.
