The job in a nutshell
Working in a busy call centre environment, you will use a variety of systems and software to provide telephone support to customers who are looking to take out car finance via our extensive network of providers. From initial enquiry and explanations of the process through to E-signatures and order updates, our Customer Care team offer guidance and deliver exceptional customer experiences!

Things to consider before applying
- This is a telephone-based role where you will deal with up to 50 inbound calls a day
- You will be working on a shift basis with one weekend day each week (this will be a Saturday during your first six months).
- You will be required to meet demanding customer service-based targets.
- You will be required to learn a large volume of product and regulatory related information.
Skills and experience you will need to demonstrate
- You will need to love talking to people and have a warm and engaging telephone manner.
- You will aim to achieve the best customer outcome on every call and have previous experience of achieving customer-based targets.
- A call centre or telephone-based customer service background will be an advantage but is not essential, but you will need a great telephone manner.
- You will seek to take ownership of customer issues and be proactive and professional in providing solutions.
- Strong computer/ customer-based system skills – our customer care advisors are skilled multi-taskers who can talk, type and navigate computer systems at the same time!

The centre is open Monday – Sunday.
Weekdays 9am-5:30pm or 9:30am – 6pm
Weekends 9am – 5.30pm
