Evolution Funding Group has unveiled Centeca as its new Group identity, marking the company’s expansion beyond its finance roots into a broader automotive commerce and fintech platform spanning digital retail, compliance, software and data.

Importantly, Evolution Funding will continue to operate under its existing brand, with no changes to services, relationships or points of contact for retailers, lenders or partners.

The rebrand marks more than 20 years of growth, during which the Group has strengthened its proposition through investment in technology, platform development and acquisitions, including Click Dealer, Motion Finance, Creditas and Automotive Compliance.

The new identity has been introduced to better represent the scale, breadth and future direction of the Group, while bringing together the specialist businesses that operate across automotive finance, digital retail, compliance and technology.

As the Group has evolved, it has brought together specialist businesses spanning multiple areas of automotive commerce. Today, Centeca brings these together within a connected environment with a clear roadmap towards a unified platform. This is strengthened by unique insight generated from millions of customer interactions, finance transactions and retailer engagements across the automotive ecosystem.
