Lisa Coté

Lisa joined Evolution in October 2025 as Head of Business Transformation, bringing over 30 years of experience in transformation, operations and CRM leadership across the automotive and finance sectors. She spent more than 20 years at Auto Trader, where she became operations director with responsibility for Salesforce.com, systems and process, before senior roles at Cox Automotive-owned Modix, Close Brothers, and iVendi. At Evolution, Lisa is responsible for developing and delivering group strategy, driving digitisation and automation, and leading the centralisation of the group’s businesses.
