Pop-ups
Website pop-ups are windows that appear on your screen when you’re on a website. They can range from small to full-size message boxes and graphics that will often appear automatically.
Financial promotions on website pop-ups should not obscure key information or risk warnings about the product or service.
Calls to action
Any call to action (CTA) should clearly communicate what will happen if the user clicks on a link or button. The CTA should not be vague, and users should not be pressured to click through.
