If you wish to make a complaint regarding Evolution Loans under the Redress Scheme, we’re here to help. 

If your complaint relates specifically to the commission arrangement on your Evolution Loans agreement, please contact complaints@evolutionfunding.com and include the details of your complaint along with your agreement number so we can review it promptly.

Evolution Loans has never engaged in discretionary commission arrangements. As a result, we do not anticipate many – if any – of our customers to fall within the scope of the proposed FCA Redress Scheme. For more information about how to make a complaint, please visit our Complaints Page.

Rates are risk based and the supplier cannot change this rate. Evolution Loans will pay Evolution Funding a commission, who will then pay a proportion of that commission to the introducing supplier or partner. The amount of commission is predetermined and cannot be changed for your agreement.  

The commission paid is either a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount you borrow, which means the payment may vary depending on the amount you borrow and the term the loan is borrowed over. This may also mean that the more you borrow the more the introducer is paid.  Evolution Funding will explain the key features of those products to you (unless your supplier provides this).
