During his tenure, the business introduced AI Voice Agents and Receptionists alongside its people-led services.<\/p><p>Previously, as CEO of property technology business Smoove, he led its development into a digital platform, delivered 37% revenue growth and significantly improved margins before its successful sale to PEXA. His earlier roles include Managing Director and Global Head of Digital as a Channel at HSBC, responsible for digital services reaching 38 million customers across 16 markets. At Compare the Market, as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, he helped grow the regulated fintech business and was part of the team that secured investment from CPPIB in 2018.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0596356 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0596356\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Lee Streets said:<\/strong><\/p><blockquote><p><em>\u201cI am incredibly proud of what our people have built across the brands that make up Centeca.
