The platform enables automated end-to-end used car financing journeys for independent and franchised dealers, car supermarkets, and digital dealers such as Cazoo and Cinch. Evolution\u2019s technology also powers real rate finance on the UK\u2019s largest price comparison and eligibility websites, including Experian and Confused.com.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"830\" height=\"847\" src=\"https:\/\/stg-evopublic-testupdates.kinsta.cloud\/public\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/EF-C-MF.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14503\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.evolutionfunding.com\/public\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/EF-C-MF.png 830w, https:\/\/www.evolutionfunding.com\/public\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/EF-C-MF-294x300.png 294w, https:\/\/www.evolutionfunding.com\/public\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/EF-C-MF-768x784.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 830px) 100vw, 830px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Warrington-headquartered broker Motion Finance focuses on sourcing finance for small-to-medium-sized used car dealerships throughout the UK. The company focuses on providing a &#8216;hands-on&#8217; service and taking the leg work out of finance for its dealer partners. Motion Finance employs 64 staff, and was founded in 2007 by Ian and Wendy Kennah, with the addition of sales director Ian Kay in 2017. The business will continue to operate under its own brand, with Motion Finance\u2019s existing management team at the helm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition aligns with Evolution\u2019s growth objectives and marks the business\u2019 second bolt-on following the acquisition of automotive software and digital services provider Click Dealer in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since LDC\u2019s investment in 2019, Evolution has also significantly expanded its management team \u2013 led by CEO Lee Streets \u2013 and picked up a number of awards in recognition of its digital and SaaS proposition. Alongside the continued investment in its technology and digital capabilities, Evolution has increased its market share by winning several large national accounts and building out its core regional dealer base, which the addition of Motion Finance will further enhance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lee Streets, CEO at Evolution, said: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cMotion Finance prides itself on providing its customer base with the best possible service and setting the standards for UK vehicle finance brokerage, an ethos that fits perfectly with our own.
