You can call us, email us or write to us. We will allocate you your own complaints handler for the duration of your complaint (see \u201ccontacting us\u201d at the end of this leaflet).<\/p><p>We need to know:<\/p><ul><li>Your name and address.<\/li><li>Your agreement number or policy number as appropriate.<\/li><li>Details of how we can contact you.<\/li><li>A clear description of your complaint and whether any 3rd party is involved.<\/li><li>Details of what you would like us to do to resolve your complaint.<\/li><li>If appropriate, copies of any relevant supporting documentation.<\/li><\/ul><h4>What happens next?<\/h4><p>We\u2019ll contact you within 2 working days to let you know we are looking into your complaint and clarify any points where necessary. We will keep you regularly updated about what\u2019s happening and discuss our findings. Evolution Funding and My Car Credit are brokers and have never been a lender.<\/p><p>Any communications should therefore be made directly to your finance provider as Evolution Funding and\/or My Car Credit are unable to respond to communications designed for your finance provider.<\/p><p>The FCA has announced it is undertaking a review of the handling rules for complaints about motor finance agreements which contain DCA and non DCA commission.<\/p><p>This includes a pause to the normal 8 week timeframe to respond to complaints relating to commission arrangements.
