Capital One. He has held multiple senior leadership roles across Operations, including Underwriting, Complaints Management, Customer Service, Operations Analysis, and Collections and Recoveries.<\/p><p>After leading our front-line operations for nearly five years, Adam is responsible for our Consumer Operations and Lending functions. This is a group-level role leading the development of our strategy for the FCA commission disclosure work, overseeing our complaints teams, establishing a Quality Assurance Framework, and managing the Evolution Loans book.
