management of our senior leadership team and engagement across our key stakeholders.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Lee graduated from Nottingham Business School with a BA Hons in Financial Services and joined the motor finance lender Wagon Finance, which went on to become First National Motor Finance. During his career at First National, Lee held various management roles across sales, new business operations and consumer risk management.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Lee also spent time seconded to a business transformation team that reported to the executive board. Working with KPMG, the team looked at business process redesign, using then emerging web technologies. This early insight into digital technology has driven Lee\u2019s passion for leveraging competitive advantage through technology and process automation to improve and enrich customer experience and outcomes.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Lee sits on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fca-sbpp.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FCA Smaller Business Practitioner Panel<\/a> as representative for consumer credit brokers.
