    The role<\/strong><\/p>

    This is an exciting opportunity to create, lead and shape what UX\/UI design looks like at Evolution Funding across processes, tooling and people.<\/p>

    As a Senior Designer you\u2019ll be at the forefront of transformation in the organisation working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to shape our UX team, practices and wider business culture. You’ll be joining our User Experience team in its infancy, working hand in hand with the head of UX to create strong foundations and drive forward the growth of design throughout the organisation.<\/p>

    Key Responsibilities & activities:<\/strong><\/p>

    • End-to-end design ownership –\u00a0taking ownership of design projects\u00a0from discovery through ideation, prototyping, user testing, visual design, hand-off, and iteration post-launch.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>
    • Work across our constantly growing and changing product and service ecosystem, with diverse types of users, platforms and technologies.<\/li>
    • Deliver excellent user experiences\u00a0across our product ecosystem.\u00a0<\/li>
    • Work side by side with the\u00a0Head of User Experience\u00a0to conceptualise and deliver great products and experiences\u00a0across a range of audiences and contexts.\u00a0<\/li>
    • Day to day\u00a0work\u00a0closely with\u00a0our\u00a0product, engineering, and\u00a0wider stakeholders\u00a0to\u00a0drive design decisions,\u00a0maturity\u00a0and level up our shared approach to delivering\u00a0market leading experiences.<\/li><\/ul>

      In order to apply you will need to demonstrate the following skills & experience:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Extensive experience within a UX\/UI design position\u00a0with hands-on experience of industry design tools (Figma, Axure RP, Adobe creative suite) and\u00a0leading & delivering design projects\u00a0across all stages of the design process.\u00a0<\/li>
      • Able to plan, conduct, analyse and effectively communicate research and user testing findings to a diverse audience<\/li>
      • Able to create and\u00a0contribute to design libraries and systems\u00a0in collaboration\u00a0with\u00a0design and engineering teams to mature, grow and drive adoption.\u00a0<\/li>
      • Experience in creating a range of design artefacts that effectively communicate key information across the end-to-end design process, such as journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.<\/li>
      • Define,\u00a0implement, improve\u00a0and champion design\u00a0process\u00a0and standards to deliver products and services that are accessible and meet and exceed user needs.\u00a0<\/li>
      • Able to grow\u00a0a\u00a0strong\u00a0culture of\u00a0human-centred\u00a0design\u00a0and understanding of UX processes,\u00a0ROI\u00a0and benefits.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

        About you<\/strong><\/p>

        • A self-starter who can own, prioritise and balance\u00a0multiple\u00a0projects and drive\u00a0them forward\u00a0through\u00a0the design process.<\/li>
        • Strong collaborator and relationship builder across all areas of a business and at all levels including senior management.<\/li>
        • A brilliant storyteller with confident communication skills \u2013 able to present\u00a0designs and decisions clearly\u00a0and confidently to stakeholders.<\/li>
