It is your responsibility to ensure that your advertising and promotional activities fully comply with all laws and regulations that cover advertising of loans and credit, including, but not exclusively, the Financial Conduct Authority, The Advertising Standards Authority and The Competition and Markets Authority.<\/p>

This would include information such as your status disclosure, commission and eligibility criteria.<\/p>
