We are looking for people to join our Customer Care Team which provides telephone and webchat support to customers to assist their car buying journey and ensure we deliver excellent service.

What the role involves:

  • To confidently handle inbound due diligence calls with customers to explain the terms of their finance agreement and identify potential risks of vulnerability or fraud.
  • Assist customers with e-sign queries and help guide them through the e-sign process.
  • Demonstrate a helpful and professional attitude to every single call.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and other teams.
  • Display a good understanding of Funder Products.
  • Put Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) at the heart of all transactions and interactions with the Customer.
  • Maintain service levels and quality standards for the department.

What are we looking for:

  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • The ability to multitask and problem solve whilst maintaining a professional and engaging experience for the customer during a call
  • Patience, understanding and empathy
  • The ability to learn new systems and take on board training of regulatory products and processes.
  • Great organisation and attention to detail

We have full time and part time roles available:

Full Time 40 hours over 5 days per week (including one weekend day with a day off in the week)

Part Time options:

Wednesday and Thursday 9am – 6pm and one weekend day 9am – 5.30pm – (25 hours)

4 or 5 days per week from 4pm – 6pm and one or two weekend days 9am – 5.30pm – (18 to 28 hours depending on option)

We may need availability for some full days during an initial training period.

Salary: £20,600.00-£21,000.00 per year
